Hi. I have had a wet cough for 5 days now. My throat started feeling scratchy last night and i woke up and had difficulty swallowing. I have white patches on and around my tonsil area.
Dry/sore itchy throat with nausea in the morning maybe from the drainage. Cough up phlegm on occasion. Feels like in back of throat. Dry feeling to swallow. What should I take or do?
