Some: Ent can do a laryngoscopy which looks through your nose to your throat, voice box, larynx and pharynx. Some ents can do an esophagoscopy in the office as well looking into your food pipe. But you need to ask if they do or not

Examines Larynx: Most ENT physicians examine the nose, nasopharynx, pharynx and the larynx with the flexible scopes. The entrance to the eosophagus is visible but they don't go into the eosophagus itself. A Gastroenterologist would routinely do that type of exam.
