A 26-year-old male asked:

i have something in my throat that hurts not a lot but i can feel it, at sometimes i struggle to swallow food but have not problems with liquids. its far down i tried sticking my finger in my throat to try and feel it but it is to far down. any help ?

Dysphagia: You have dysphagia which can have many different causes. You should consult with your PCP. A barium swallow, laryngoscopy and upper GI endoscopy might be recommended. A neck CT scan also might be helpful. Your symptoms are not normal, so you should not ignore them.
