Surgery will not "cause" genital HSV outbreaks, but anxiety about surgery or coincident stress from other sources can trigger activation of latent HSV virus, resulting in painful ulcerations

I have hsv-2 genital herpes. I have never had a breakout. I want a rhinoplasty done. Will this cause a breakout? I have read surgeries can lead to "breakouts"/"recurrences". I have never had a breakout.
Hsv 2 igg test negative in July. Had minimal genital contact with hsv positive woman, no symptoms showing. Retested 4 months later and came back with 0.91 (equivocal). Range is less than 0.9 for neg, 0.9 to 1.09 for equivocal. Should I be worried?
