I am on amoxicillin 875mg 1x2 a day for 10 days for sinus infection. i was previously on a zpak last week and got better, but symptoms return. had cat scan to confirm sinusitis. is this much safe? even after zpak?

It is safe, even after 'Z pak'. If problems like diarrhea, or to be on the safe side, you may want to use probiotics because of possibility of antibiotics altering your bowel normal flora. I would suggest to contact your medical professional if you have diarrhea inspite of taking probiotics.

Safe? Yes, as long as under care of your physician. If any side effects occur, speak to your physician. What is not safe is letting an infection go untreated and spread.
