Give it time: If you have all of those symptoms at once you most likely have a viral upper respiratory infection. These take 10-14 days to fully resolve. You only need to see you doctor again if you are getting much WORSE, no need to see them if they are the same but still there. A viral cough can last up to 28 days and still be normal.
