Diagnosed with acute sinusitis, confirmed ct scan and was put on antibitoics zpack for 3 days. i felt better, but symptoms came back, mainly headfache and right eye pain. currently on 10 day amoxicillin(5th day on), but still feel symptoms. concern?

Not really. The clinical practice guideline of the AAFP recommends that the first-line antibiotic therapy for acute bacterial sinusitis should be amoxicillin, with or without clavulanate.

Unfortunately (in my opinion) neither antibiotics you were prescribed have a use in acute sinusitits in the sense that they are not killing off the bacteria which explains persistent symptoms. I would consider asking for another antibiotic with coverage and add a decongestant.
