Wait: Most likely it is viral infection which can take upto 7-10 days. You have taken antibiotics which will stay in system for few days after you finish it. If your symptoms are improving, continue supportive treatment. Regarding you stomach issues, it can be due to Ibuprofen if you have tried it or can be viral infection causing upset of your stomach. Anxiety is most likely due to all these problems.

Try another med: Generally I don't recommend zpack for sinus infections. Amox or augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) work better. Along with the antibiotic, one should consider Mucinex D and a Sinus Saline rinse. Sometimes for bad sinus infections I recommend a course of prednisone to decrease the inflammation
