It is a normal EKG for a child of 11 years old.

The ECG report as submitted by you is meaningless. It is possible, although rare for children to have chest pain due to inadequate blood supply to the heart muscle due to rare congenital abnormalities. Please find a cardiologist for a detailed evaluation if only for reassurance. Good luck.

As noted, much more information is needed to give you the best answer. Of course, the best person to ask is the physician who ordered the test. If your son is the 11 yo mentioned as the "member", then yes, right axis deviation is common in children. It can also be found in normal adults. That is not a full interpretation of an EKG

The cause of his recurring chest pain should be further evaluated. There are many possibilities, and more details would be helpful. Post COVID-19 complications may occur, chest wall pain, asthma should be considered. A virtual consult with Healthtap is available.
