This is typically the result of the placement of the leads on your chest. If the EKG is repeated and this finding is absent, that is the likely explanation. If it continues to report this, see a cardiologist and get an echocardiogram to see if the right ventricle is enlarged as this could cause a right axis deviation. Borderline means it does not meet all the criteria for the diagnosis.
