How long can mono keep your lymph nodes enlarged? mine have been enlarged for about 1 year and 11 months?

Nearly two years is too long for lymph nodes to remain enlarged with a simple mono. It is imperative that you see your doctor and have in-person evaluation. Wish you good health!
