Possibly: These residual lymph nodes are pretty common after mononucleosis. The kidney bean sized one seems a litter larger than normal. If a lymph node is larger than one centimeter then it may need to be biopsied. Please see your doctor and have a full body lymph node evaluation and possibly some blood tests.
