We could try to guess, but that would not be in your best interest. Without a full history, examination, labs, and vitals, it is not possible to intelligently discuss any type of diagnosis. Talk to your PCP who knows you and your history much better. Ask what next steps are, and what they are thinking.

Pain in left rib bone especially when i touch it, under breast at a specific point. Pain in left hip bone, thigh all the way to the knee and foot. Got CBC TSH done they're fine. Doctor said it might be sciatic pain. Sometimes feel burning in stomach.
