Could a complete blood count (cbc) determine leukemia or lymphoma?

Not the best way : A blood cell count and blood smear may provide an indication of leukemia, however, diagnosis usually requires examination of bone marrow. Diagnosis of lymphoma usually requires biopsy of the node and examination of the tissue by a pathologist.
