: Please notify your Pediatrician or see Pediatric urgent care. The chest wall protects the lung and heart but you should have an examination to ensure the pain is only muscular. Discuss a heating pad and Ibuprofen with your physician. Watch for signs of difficulty breathing, palpitations.
