Chest lump: The chest lump could be from a external turmor (lipoma), or it could be associated with some swelling from your lung, mediastinum or heart. If this is causing pain i would see your doctor.

For around 4 days, but my left chest, left foot, and left arm have been weak or tight or numb, and sometimes I get lightheaded, and I find myself burping 3-4 times when drinking anything like water. My average heart beat is 110 bpm and it beats hard.
