Need evaluation: If your ASD was repaired as an infant, you're probably cured as far as that goes. Regarding tr, that's present in about 90% of normal people - no problem there. Chest heaviness in a 34 yo is unlikely to be cardiac unless you smoke or have diabetes but with all your symptoms, you need an evaluation with echo and stress testing at a minimum.

Need exam: You sound very anxious. Please see your doctor right away to be sure there is nothing serious going on, or to get a proper evaluation. Have you suffered anxiety disorder in past? Panic attacks? Babies who have cardiac surgery have a high incidence of ptsd, anxiety and similar disorders.

Get Help: Serious issues can develop after hear surgery. Your palpitations are concerning for an abnormal heart rhythm. You should follow-up for life with a cardiologist specifically trained in adult congenital cardiology. Nationwide children's hosp and the cleveland clinic have such cardiologists. Your symptoms are concerning, so please see a cardiologist soon.
