For around 4 days, but my left chest, left foot, and left arm have been weak or tight or numb, and sometimes i get lightheaded, and i find myself burping 3-4 times when drinking anything like water. my average heart beat is 110 bpm and it beats hard.

Eval: Not sure what is causing this but it warrants assessment if you have new-onset left sided weakness and numbness associated with lightheadedness. If you live with your family, let your parents know.
