Your symptoms are rather non specific and while cancer is always on the differential diagnosis, other diagnoses, specifically not colon related remain more likely. The colonoscopy should clarify if any colon pathology is accountable for your symptoms.

Unless you have family history of early onset colon cancer, your risk is low. Colon cancer may not be associated with obvious blood in stool but occult blood test on stool is usually positive. It is good that you are having a colonoscopy. Wish you good health!
