Not very likey: Many GI problems present with similar symptoms. Rarely is a GI symptom specific for just one problem. Colon cancer is exceedingly rare for a 25 year old. Keep your GI appt, it may be a hemorrhoid that can be fixed during your visit.

Not likely: You are very young to have colon cancer.You may just have internal hemorrhoids .It is good that you have appt with g.I doc.
