There must be reasons for why you worry mostly about cancer that are not visible. In general cancer is always possible, even 4 years after a normal colonoscopy, other frequently seen medical conditions would be more likely.

If you had a colonoscopy four years prior and the colon was visualized well, the chance of having colon cancer now are very low. If you’re having new onset of bleeding episodes, however, you should see your gastroenterologist for evaluation. Good luck.
