I am 40 yrs old, i have no family history of colon cancer. i have no pain or bleeding. i have only irregular gasses or inflation if you name it. does this require colonoscopy or what food to cause gasses to avoid ? if you think of better treatment ?

Not at this time: If there is not family history of colon cancer you can delay a screening colonoscopy to 50 years of age. You may search FODMAP to lean about gas causing foods.
