Burning when i pee, kidneys hurt, frequency. 6 urine cultures normal flora but urine is sterile. how is this normal? dr's won't treat. midstream catch and clean with wipes. what else can i do? i know it's a kidney infection?

Can you give us the urinalysis result, not the culture? If you truly have kidney infection, i.e. pyelonephritis, you must be quite sick, fever is almost always present along with flank pain but voiding does not cause kidney pain, only pain in the suprapubic area. Besides infection, there are problems which can cause kidney (flank or low back) pain. Please clarify the pain location.
