If this can be taken at face value, you describe possible bilateral pyelonephritis and urine cultures can be normal if infection is mainly proximal. BUT, you need to clarify the findings and establish the correct diagnosis. GET A SECOND OPINION from urologist or nephrologist ASAP.

Kidney ultra sound is not the way to diagnose kidney infection. Kidney infection rarely will result in neg urine. I suggest you see a Urologist for evaluation. In the meantime drink-5-6 glasses of water. Hope you feel better
