Almost certain that at age 71, an MRI will reveal cervical spondylosis and degenerative disc disease. This may correlate with neck pain and headaches, and may reveal areas which might respond to physical therapy, such as motorized cervical traction. But many senior citizens show wear and tear which is merely a coincidental finding of limited value.
