Muscle spasm: May be muscle spasm. Ask for doctor to try you on a muscle relaxer.

Spasms: Usually headaches are related to muscle spasm and occipital nerve pain causing ha's. Can be related to work and use of computer. Needs to be with an excellent therapist to work on strectches, postural exercises, rom and strengthening.

Hi. I have non stop headache with constant ear ringing, teeth ache and neck pain for 6month. I have dobe CT nd MRI but all is normal.
I have headache on right side of temple that radiates down to neck, comes and go. Right side of face feels lil numb. Had CT Scan and MRI in ER all ok.
Have headaches everyday accompanied by neck pain. It gradually comes on throughout the day and if I go and take a nap, it wont bother me anymore for the day. 6 mri all clean, nuclear bone scan clean. What could it be? Is this a posture issue?
