What can cause both my arms and neck to hurt, no fever and my blood pressure is normal, ive had headaches for months but nothing shows on mri's. my neckis bruised, i did fall on one arm and bruised it a couple of months ago,dont think its heart relat?

Need to ascertain if a disc problem or "pinched nerve" is the culprit. The headaches could be secondary to neck, or a problem in lower brachial plexus. A neurologist should easily sort out all of this, and provide appropriate therapeutic directions.
