Is it true what people are telling me that by using less pillows i can get rid of the neck pain? i tried it last night and i hardly feel it, once that heals up will i also get rid of the headaches ive had? nothing shows on mri's, so, is that next?

If a person commonly sleeps on their back, any pillow that causes their neck to arch upward is bound to cause neck pain and headaches. Since you have tried sleeping with less pillows, your neck is probably more straight and the neck pain and headaches will typically go away within a week or two.
