Little swelling in heart and fluid retention in diabetic and high bp, all kidney test are fine, medication for heart also started, what else test should i follow and low platelets count was there, now improving but slowly, wt 95 kg male 60?

I assume "swelling in heart" means enlarged heart. If you have diabetes also all the findings suggest that you could have fluid retention due to a possible heart problem. It is important you be seen by a cardiologist for a full evaluation and close follow up to assess the response to the medications. A number of things can be going in but eating more salt than your body can get rid of is likely a major contributor too your problems. Get app Cronometer and assess how much u r eating now. Show to dr and discuss goal. I would try <1;500 mg Sodium first along with meds. Discuss.
