Looks normal : Protein of 150 mg per day is considered within the normal limit defined as a maximum of 300 mg per day. A more specific test would be for microalbuminuria which is common in diabetics. The RBC count is also normal so i would not worry too much.

May be normal: The findings you described may be normal for a woman. In a man it would be worth rechecking for rbc.
