Urine sample was pos for rbc, wbc, blood, calcium crystals & hyaline casts. could this be caused by sample being in room temp area for 2.5 hours?

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Storage at room temperature would not cause these findings.
