I had 1 enlarged lymph node on my right upper back for about 18 years now. my doctor at the time (i was 13) told me it was nothing to worry about, but it's uncomfortable when i lay on my back. is it an easy procedure to have it removed?

It could be removed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia. Talk your doctor if s/he would do it or refer you to a proper doctor. Wish you good health!
