In this case your physician should sit down with the radiologist & ask for a differential diagnosis of this opacity, ask what other studies ( ?pet scan) could be helpful in determining the nature of this opacity (? needle biopsy) or the type of follow-up that would be advisable or what consultants ((? Thoracic surgeon) could be of help at this time.
