Someone please tell me what this means. im desperate. two adjacent small, rounded hypoechoic foci in the interpolar region right kidney are strictly indeterminate. these likely represent mildly complex cysts given young age neoplasm felt unlikely.?

It means: there are 2 small cysts in the right kidney but radiologist could not decide those are simple cysts (benign) or complex cysts (could be malignant) so cysts were read as intermediate. You did not state the reason for the kidney ultrasound and I wonder if you have family history of cystic kidney disease. You should not worry at this time, ultrasound should be repeated in 3-6 months.
