i have a 13 mm exophytic lesion on my left kidney which does not suggest a simple cyst. there appears to be enhancement suggests solid lesion neoplasm?

Likely..: unfortunately, any solid kidney lesion is suspect for neoplasm until removed and examined by the pathologist
