My child is coughing pretty good i tried medicine i have tired propping his head up and humidifier?

There are not good remedies for cough in kids. Most medicines have more side effects than benefit. Would try honey (don't use on children less than a year old). Can also try honey in tea. Best to get at root of why child is coughing in first place.

How long has your child been coughing? Is the cause just a viral respiratory infection, then it will go away. If the cough is continuing more than 4 weeks, an evaluation is needed to identify the cause.
