13 mo old nighttime cough for 3 weeks, benadryl, humidifier, 70-72 room temp not working. no ear infection, lungs are clear. what is the next step?

Pediatrician: assessment is needed, this can very well be reactive airways disease leading to night time cough, or maybe an upper respiratory infection to start with, so he will need prescription medications after evaluation. Kindly avoid Benadryl at this age, unless prescribed, wish you both wellness
