Self isolate/test: Testing is suggested since you have symptoms consistent with COVID 19. Local policies though may be different, and please check with your physician. Self isolate, drink fluids, rest and monitor your temperature. Fever has been associated with COVID 19 in the majority of cases. Watch for signs of respiratory difficulty, shortness of breath and worsening fever.

COVID concerns: These symptoms might still be related to the sinus infection. I would contact your doctor back and advise of worsening sx's. PCM will be able to assess further to determine if COVID 19 testing is needed. Take care.
