Is levaquin 750 mg dosage once daily for 10 days good for a sinus infection? i have a foul odor from my nose, nasal speech, cough, fatigue.

Sinus: If not allergic, would start with Augmentin 875mg twice a day, saline nasal rinses, afrin (generic) spray every four hours for 5-7 days, drink two quarts of water a day, no smoking. Other Abx options include Avelox, Zithromax, etc.
