I am always so tired and my head is aways cloudy what is wrong woth me i am 27 years old an i normaly am pretty ative girl but latley i am tired and have a cough that will not go away

Fatigue : Fatigue and a cough can be caused by a viral syndrome, and there is a virus that is going around right now. Be sure you are leaving plenty of time at night to sleep, and sleeping in a cool, well-ventilated room. Be sure you are eating 4-5 small, high protein meals a day, and drinking plenty of fluids.
