This means that a part of your large intestine, the transverse colon, was a little stretched due to gas. This finding needs to be put in the right clinical context-what symptoms, if any, were you having and does this x-ray finding explain those symptoms? So, see the doctor who ordered the test to see what treatment, if any, you need. You could also see a GI doctor, depending on your symptoms.
