Constipation: Sounds as if you are not clearing out your fecal material. Try some Metamucil,that may solve the problem. Good Luck

It depends.: It is normal to have air and feces in the colon, and moreover there is a very wide range of normal. So, it would depend on how much distension there is, and whether or not you are having any related symptoms.
