Had abd/pelvic ct scan. in pelvis write up, it says "incomplete distension of the colon does somewhat limit evaluation". what does this mean?

CT scan: Not necessarily does this mean anything "bad" or wrong. CT scan does not diagnose inside the colon for "polyps" which is why a colonoscopy is needed. It can though identify more commonly "Diverticulosis".. which are small pockets of the lilting of the colon.
