You can get a prescription only from a doctor. You can see a doctor virtually on HealthTap's Urgent Care platform and it may be prescribed, if the doctor feels it is indicated. Or you can go to an Urgent Care or see or call your PCP.

Not legal, among others. The only doc or docs that can legally prescribe any drug without an exam would be the one(s) you are formally established with that can document the reason for why they think empirical treatment will work based on documented history.
