You contact whatever urgent care system you dealt with. This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer questions about health conditions. It does not offer urgent care or share information with sites that do. If this was a Healthtap affiliated site contact the help desk of that portal.

It is very difficult to get hold of provider from Urgent Care settings once their shift is over. You may want to speak with your pharmacist where you picked up the prescription and see if it's okay for you to make whatever pills they gave you into a slurry/suspension yourself by crushing them and then putting that into a spoonful of applesauce/pudding. Pharmacist may also have other suggestions.

A virtual consult with Healthtap is available. The label may be reviewed online during the visit and a new prescription may be sent to the pharmacy. The urgent care center has your daughter's records and should be contacted. The pharmacy may be able to help, and I agree that crushing the tablet in pudding for now is feasible.
