See below: If the Rx is a maintenance medication that your doctor has you taking and you just need a refill,explain to the receptionist who you talk to on the phone.Explain that you will soon have insurance and ask her to request a refill from the doctor.Most likely the doctor is unaware of your request.Chances are s/he will OK the refill. Good luck
