Since 2017 - appendix cancer; severe pancreatitis; addisons disease; 3rd stage kidney failure; cirrhosis of the liver; septic shock w/adrenal insufficiency. and again sepsis w/adrenal insufficiency. only specialists see me. any recommendations?

Addison’s disease & adrenal insufficiency are essentially the same thing & usually managed by an endocrinologist, & those specialists tend to be very thorough about looking at the whole patient, but a good primary care Dr who really knows you can still be a big support. Spiritual counselors (pastor, etc) can help also in chronic illness situations. I am sorry you are dealing with such difficulty
