My mother 55 years oid and her cbc report was: wbc 22800 , rbc 4.68 , platelet 613000 and lymph differential 17%. does that mean she has blood cancer?

She may: There is category of blood disorders referred to has myeloproliferative disorder. Needs work to assess for this. Chronic myelogenous leukemia is also possibility. There are many treatments now that can put this is remission.
