Reviewing your results, do not see much that cannot be explained by standard contamination, and there is NO clearcut sign of severe bleeding or infection. Confused why this profile alone would be a "sign of cancer", and have no information why a urologist is needed. Presume that a lot more information would be helpful. Perhaps this could be tied together via a virtual consult on HT.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

I think I answered your previous question. If you had history of blood in the urine, either by grossly bloody urine (macroscopic hematuria) or by urinalysis (1-2+ blood by dipstick test and more than 5 RBCs in microscopic exam), you should have cystoscopy done. In the previous question you mentioned negative urothelial cancer cell; doctor only orders this if patient has history of hematuria.

Suggest you have a repeat urine exam with a mid stream clean catch method and if it still shows blood and RBCs then you should see a Urologist. There are many causes for blood in urine besides cancer so don't panic. There are problems and there are solutions for them
