In a urinalysis i have fewa bacteria (nine seen) , smalla blood (negmg/dl), and moderatea mucous (few mucs/lpf) is this something to worry about. ?

You did not mention several important results of: leucocyte esterase and nitrite by dipstick result and red blood cell count and white blood cell counts by microscopic exam. Bacteria is often present and mucous threads are not rare (because of vaginal discharge) by microscopic exam. Trace blood by dipstick can be present in certain conditions even you do not have blood in the urine (hematuria).

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
